Day #7

Today was the craft show at the church in South Lyon. I made my table fee plus covered the cost of lunch. It was rather disappointing, but as someone else i spoke to pointed out, the average age of people there was about 70 and my stuff is definitely geared towards a younger crowd. The most heard comment about my stuff as I sat there was "well this is different!" - I'm taking it as a compliment.



Afterwards, in spite of the fact that we didn't really make the money to afford it, we splurged on a cheap sushi lunch at the sushi house in Farmington Hills. I love that place! They really afford one of the best sushi dining experiences ever! And the fact that every meal comes with complimentary miso soup and house salad with sesame dressing (which is to die for!) just enhances that! The only thing missing is some sake with your meal, but I'll overlook the lack of a liquor license ;) We had spicy tuna rolls and nigiri salmon, red snapper and white tuna YUM!!! If you've never had white tuna, i highly recommend it. Albacore is also extremely yummy!

When i got home I was originally gonna take pics of my stuff to update my etsy but the light faded fast, so i took a quick nap (which I just woke up from) And now i'm getting ready to watch some recorded shows on the DVR to empty it out for the upcoming week lol. I really watch way too much TV.
