I"m so not happy at this moment. I blew off my family today cuz i made plans to go to this party with Anna. She was supposed to pick me up originally at 5pm. Well, i must admit i ran a little late so i was completely ready by 5:30pm and just waited for her to show up. She STILL hasn't and it's almost 7:30PM. I'm so upset. I don't even want to go to this stupid party anymore! She was busy burning karaoke CDs for Jim Sheets. I should have known better. Usually she's so good about being ontime. I could have been at my Dad's munching on bar-b-q and being with my family and my sister who is in town instead of being here sitting on my ass watching tv and eating reheated chicken tenders.

Holy cow! I have so much to say i don't even know where to start!

First of all ... Kevin and I got a kitty on Saturday night. She is absolutely precious! She was hanging around outside the bldg for a couple of nights and so Saturday when we got back from the Black Sheep we saw her again and we decided to keep her. So we got her to follow us up to our place and we have been taking care of her ever since. We checked her out as best we could ... she has no flea bites or ticks or anything that we can find and she looks like she's been fixed even. I asked my friend JJenn and she said they usually fix cats around 6 months, so I'm gonna guess that's how old she is.

She's black and tan striped with bullseye markings on either side and markings on her face that look like egyptian eye makeup. She has turquoise eyes and black paw pads. She is simply adorable! And the best kitty!! She already knows how to use her litter box and she hasn't left our sides the entire time she's been here. You know how usually a kitty will find a place to hide the first day or so and come out at night and when you're gone to explore the place? Well, she hasn't even so much as gone underneath the dining room table. And she has even been sleeping with us (which, altho adorable, isn't always comfortable. I never realized how much i moved during the course of the night.)

The only thing i have a complaint about is her meow. She has a meow that kinda sounds like a siamese ... you know what i mean? And she meows whenever we leave like she's being abandoned. Even if one or the other of us is staying. For instance, last night Kevin left to return some movies and i stayed to keep her company. Instead of hanging out with me on the couch she RaN to the door as he left meowin at the top of her little kitty lungs. crazy cat.
And she is seriously cutting into my neotime :p~
