Just a little blog about nothing

So, it has come to my attention that the husband of a good friend of mine has read my blog. He says it's full of bullshit. Apparently the only thing he remembers about it is me whining about how I miss my exes. Which is funny cuz I think the only ex I mentioned recently was the one I ran across on myspace and how I *USED* to miss him. I don't anymore. I don't miss any of my exes to be honest. Sometimes i wonder what people are up to, but I'm so completely happy with Kevin I have no need to fantasize about what could have been. Nobody I ever dated was ever as wonderful as Kevin ... Nathan came close, altho that was a weird situation since he used to be my high school band teacher...another time for that one lol.

But you know what, I really don't give 2 shakes about what he thinks of me or my blog. I'm not writing it for him. I'm writing it for me. For some reason getting things off my chest makes me feel better. And I write nothing I don't want everyone to know. Which is funny. I'm normally such a closed person. I prefer to rely on myself. I have always tried to keep details about me private. Which makes me having a blog kinda funny.

But I digress. Like I said, I don't care what he thinks. So he thinks what I write is drivel and bullshit and whatever. I find it laughable. If it's such bullshit, why read it? Don't waste the 10 minutes of your life on my blog and find something worthwhile to read. I'm happy with what I write and how I write it.

My blog isn't what I originally set it out to be. I thought it might be like my memoirs. That someday I could use it to make a book lol. Don't we all start a diary with the hopes that someday it can touch people like Anne Frank did? I'm not comparing myself to a child trying to survive the holocaust, but we all have something to say. Every has an interesting life. What is hum drum to one person is utterly fascinating to another. And perhaps things I have gone thru can help someone else. They can know that they aren't the only ones who have every dealt with something.

Grandiose dreams. I know that. Then I thought my blog would be a place where I would share the funny fwds I get instead of being one of the mindless millions that fwds everything on to everybody. But that got old.

Now it's more for me. I know I"m never going to be a blog people come to daily to see what wisdom I have to impart to the world today. I'm not that insightful...at least not when I'm at the computer ... and never as insightful as at 3AM after a couple pitchers of beer...but still I blog. To share what I'm going thru with the few friends that read this thing. Perhaps to keep a journal for myself so in a few months or years I can look back and remember the things I went thru that are helping to make me the wonderful woman I am. Because I am.

so I blog. And I know people may or may not like what I say. And that's just fine with me. If you choose to sit in judgement of my life and my words, then you aren't a person I would choose to have in my life anyway.

And now it's time to get back to wedding invitations. I can't wait until May 7th lol
