Don't forget to Turn Your Clocks Ahead!

That's right folks! Daylight Savings Time starts THIS WEEKEND! You will lose an hour of sleep Saturday night/Sunday morning.

That part doesn't make me sad. What makes me sad is this:


"Thanks to an energy-saving bill, signed by President Bush in 2005, this year's daylight saving time starts this month and ends in November -- a week later than usual. The hope is that the extended daylight saving time will help remedy the nation's energy problems."

*cries*

That means no more will my birthday fall on a Saturday where I will get an extra hour of partying at the bar. I will miss that more than the sleep I'll miss this weekend.
