
Here's another picture (again dont' mind the dirtiness behind it) It shows how it goes up and down. I tried working out on it today and I was all set to do 15 minutes...I could only do 5 minutes...and it was probably closer to 4 1/2 minutes lol I'm so out of shape. i'm not getting discouraged tho...If I can maybe work out 3 times a day 5 minutes each I can work up to 10 minutes ...then 15... So I'm not discouraged yet. Just tired lol
