YAY FOR ME!!!!

I have a ton to say about chicago...but first ... YAY FOR ME!

I woke up today and it was hot...not too hot..but hot enough for me to put on a pair of shorts. Well, the only pair of shorts I *thought* I had was this jean pair I threw out a few months ago....they had a tear in the bum you see so I couldn't wear them anywhere or around anyone but my hubby.

So I go rumaging thru my drawers in the hopes of finding something even remotely resembling shorts...or at the very least something I can cut down to shorts ... and I found this old pair of hard rock boxers that I used to wear all the time. Musta lost them in the move last year cuz I didn't wear them once! So I put them on and they're a little loose. I didn't realize how loose until I stood up after sitting a prolonged period of time (watched a movie...Last Holiday starring Queen Latifah and L.L. Cool J...very entertaining) and as I stood up they fell off!

I have since pinned them a bit tighter but YAY!!!! This means I have lost weight! I mean, I saw a pic of me from chicago yesterday and while I'm not a model, I am definitely thinner than some other recent pics of me (wedding ones don't count). I thought it was just the lighting or the clothes...but this confirms it! No one but me has worn these boxers since I found them almost 4 years ago in Kevin's stuff. Which means I'm the fatso that stretched them out so much they're too big on me now!
