the guy came by again today. AND he called like TWICE already. Kevin's gonna call him when he gets home i think. I can't imagine why he's still calling AND coming over. I'm scared. I talked to my friend Cindy last night online for a bit. SHe gave me anumber for legal aid in Wayned County. I called it today but i have to call back on Thursday. They only take calls 9am - noon tues & thurs and then 2pm to 4pm thursday also. so i woke up just a little late today to get in on the call taking times :(

I wasn't feeling well. Both me and Keivn are sickly. I've been coughing like crazy and my nose is running and i have a sour stomach *yuck* I hope it's just a tiny bug.

I hope legal aide can help me in some way. I also called Val & Melody to see if they could recommend a lawyer and Joel gave me his lawyer's name and number just in case. His lawyer is a corp lawyer tho, so i dont' think he can. Worse comes to worse I'll call sam ;)

I'm a little worried now. The guy i talked to in the hospital... his son was driving the car that hit me ... he came by the apt. today looking for me or Kevin. He said he wanted insurance information. michigan has no fault. he doesn't need our info. i called my mom and she thinks he's gonna try and sue us. this is just one more thing that i didn't need.

was in a car accident 2 days ago. I'm okay. Car was totalled. I wrote a great big blog about it the day of but blogger was oh-so nice and it ended up in cyberspace somewhere. anyway, i'm okay. still sore. bruises all over my body. i just thank the poweers that be that i'm alive. Before i go to sleep everynight i relive the accident ... well, as much as i can remember anyway. some of it's a little foggy. I'll relate all the details at another time. I just wanna make sure blogger puts this one where it belongs first :p~

well, i have a couple hours to catch you up on my life. Currently my kitty (who after seeing my sister's kitty, i'm not so sure ours isn't a CAT!!!) has been driving me insane with her baby-sounding mew. She spent the majority of last night mewing incessantly and trying to get outside our apt. I'm beginning to wonder if she isn't just an outside cat after all. And i'm so disappointed cuz we got her new food last night. I did what you're supposed to do and i mixed it in with her old food, but i THOUGHT i wouldn't have to worry about that since as soon as we came home with the bag she was sniffing at it and mewing. BOY! was I wrong! I don't think she's touched it all day!!! She will once she gets hungry tho. And she's just gonna have to suck it up cuz we don't have the funds to get her anything else right now.

CRAP! gotta take a break! Kevin needs me to send Anna his info to get his resume together. *sigh* so much for some free time!!! *hugs*
